Send is the basic survival guide for surviving in the digital age. It provides an insight into what should and should not be put into emails. It also provides some humorous insights into when not to use emails, etc.
The authors have written a comprehensive survival guide for sending emails in the digital age. The text is nicely formatted in that facts and information are enclosed in a blue box with examples, and further explanations formatted in plain text.
The book was extremely readable both for humorous examples as well as factual details and pertinent information. I found the supporting examples very down to earth. I even found that several of them had personal implications. I really enjoyed the significant events in the email timeline. Digital communications have become such a common place occurrence today that I found it hard to believe that it was 1993 when the White House first set up its’ first public email.
