 This engaging parody of the original Star Trek television series and movies is presented in graphic novel format. 

The characters are on their way to a comic book convention in their Star

(School) Bus when they are hijacked and sent off on an “ongoing mission for one

gang of geeks” against the Cling-On Cheerleading Empire.  Needless-to-say, all

comes out well after the final battle.  The book ends with a “biography” of each

of the main personalities, a series of discussion questions and writing prompts,

a glossary, and a link to Capstone’s web site and the corresponding book I. D.  

All in all, this would be a very enjoyable read for those who know the originals.
