The day her grandfather died was a very
sad day for Jody. She felt his absence
and would always miss him. He
bought her a ticket for a concert to her favorite rock group. She had hoped to share that event
with him, so, in his honor, she went alone. Well, not completely alone -- Matt took her to
the concert, but he would be waiting outside, as he did not have a ticket to get in to the
arena. Jody was loving every
minute of it until it became stifling and too crowded with people pushing and shoving. Somewhere along the
way, she
lost herself in the crowd and began to feel ill. Then there was a great push and she was knocked to the ground. At first she thought
she would be crushed, but a miracle happened and Jackson, the lead singer, helped her out of the crowd. Later he came to say
hello,
but somehow the security lost control of the crowd, and in trying to get
out of the way, Jody ended up with the lead singer in the car. Matt was shocked and
turned to
question Jody, but at that point Jackson was so drunk or so high on something
that Matt just drove on.
Now Matt and Jody have a problem! They did not mean to
kidnap Jackson, but now that Jackson has found some peace and quiet in Jody’s
house he does not want to leave!
This is a very funny story about love, infatuation, and the choices you
make in life. I loved the interaction
between Matt and Jody. They are just so
funny and have yet to discover their young love.
